  • Domain name registrations are processed instantly upon confirmation of payment, subject to correct information and domain availability.
  • Some services may require manual verification, which could delay setup slightly.

2. Service Availability

  • We strive to provide 99.9% uptime on all hosting services.
  • Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
  • Emergency maintenance may occur without notice to maintain service stability and security.

3. Support

  • Our team is available via email and ticket system to assist with service-related issues.
  • Support covers hosting and domain-related technical issues but does not include third-party software or website development.

4. Account Suspension & Termination

  • Services may be suspended for non-payment, abuse, or breach of our Terms & Conditions.
  • A 3-day grace period is provided after an invoice due date before suspension.
  • Terminated accounts may lead to permanent data loss.

5. Domain Services

  • All domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable.
  • Clients are responsible for renewing domains before the expiry date.
  • Hostwires is not liable for any loss of domains due to non-renewal.

6. Hosting Space & Fair Usage

  • We offer unlimited hosting space for most plans; however, it is subject to fair usage.
  • Unlimited space is meant for normal website use, not for file storage, backups, or media hosting unrelated to the website.
  • Accounts abusing disk space or server resources may be notified or suspended if necessary.

7. Backups & Data

  • While we may offer backup services, customers are strongly encouraged to maintain their own regular backups.
  • We do not guarantee full data recovery in case of data loss.

8. Policy Updates

This Service Policy may be updated at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
